The ECO3 Measures Table published by OFGEM, provides information on eligible energy efficiency measures which suppliers can use to meet their obligations for measures installed from 1 October 2018 until 31 March 2022.
This table provides information on the energy efficiency measures which suppliers can install to meet their ECO3 obligations. Energy efficiency measures exist in an innovative and changing environment. As a result of this, some of the information in this table may need to be updated occasionally. Furthermore, we may add further columns when new information becomes available. Please see additional notes and information on amendments at the bottom of this table.
Using this Table: It is the responsibility of each person using this table to read the provisions of the Electricity and Gas (Energy Company Obligation) Order 2018 and understand how those provisions apply to them. This table is not intended to be a definitive guide to those provisions.
Understanding the table:
The first column is the category of ECO grant, such as Insulation or Boiler.
The Second column is the specific grant being provided, for example First Time Central Heating.
Columns three to six relate to the residency/property type and if a grant is currently available to you.
Owner Occupied – Homeowners
Social E, F & G – Living in Social Housing with an EPC rating of E, F or G.
PRS – Living in a Private Rented home with either an EPC rating of A to E, or F or G.
Please note that not all grants that are technically possible under the ECO scheme are actually available on the market, or are feasible to offer. For example grants for Window Glazing and Doors are so low they are not viable to offer.
This is version 3.2, which was published by OFGEM on 8/8/2019.
